Who I Am
I’m Riwaj Lama, an IT Operations & Digital Systems Engineer working as a QA Engineer and Technical Project Coordinator. Alongside my professional work, I run MEOWEAR — an independent apparel and creative movement — and MWTV, a creative media platform, while continuing a long-running practice in graphic design, video, beatboxing and music.
I don’t see technical work and creative work as separate. Testing software and designing a print both require the same thing: paying close attention to detail and caring about the outcome.
Professional Journey
Graphic Design & Multimedia
Started developing a design practice — apparel graphics, posters and digital illustration — that later became the visual foundation of MEOWEAR.
Front-End Development
Learned HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals and began building simple websites and interfaces.
Technical Project & Systems Coordination
Worked across requirements, planning and stakeholder communication for digital systems and platforms.
QA Engineering
Focused on manual and functional testing, regression, UAT, requirement analysis and defect management.
How I Work
Most of my work follows the same loop: understand the problem, plan an approach, build or design something, test it carefully, improve on feedback, then share it. Whether that’s a test cycle for a software release or a new MEOWEAR collection, the discipline is the same.

Outside of professional work, I create through MEOWEAR and MWTV — designing apparel, producing videos, and performing beatbox and original music. It’s an ongoing practice rather than a finished portfolio, and it keeps growing alongside my technical work.
